Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion als Projektsteuerer
Unternehmerische, eigenverantwortliche vollumfängliche Begleitung der betreuten Bauvorhaben
Übernahme des Projektmanagements von anspruchsvollen Neubauprojekten des Wohnungs- und Gewerbebaus über alle Leistungsphasen mit Schwerpunkt in den LPH 5-9
Organisation, Leitung und Abwicklung von Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der technischen, terminlichen sowie wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen
Eigenständige Kommunikation der Projektinteressen gegenüber Ämtern und Behörden
Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vergabe von Projektaufträgen mit Schwerpunkt GU-Aufträge
Regulierung und Kontrolle der Baustellen sowie professionelles Baumanagement

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Koordination, Planung sowie Realisierung von Bauprojekten oder in einem verwandten Tätigkeitsfeld
Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Bereich des Schlüsselfertigbaus sowie über alle Leistungsphasen sowie im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
Reisebereitschaft, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
Souveränes Auftreten und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
Selbständige, ökonomische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Your mission

Independent perception of the building owner function as project manager
Entrepreneurial, independent and comprehensive supervision of the supervised construction projects
Project management of challenging new residential and commercial construction projects across all work phases with a focus on work phases 5-9
Organisation, management and execution of projects, considering the technical, scheduling and economic goals
Independently communication of project interests to public offices and authorities
Tendering, negotiating and awarding project contracts with a focus on general contractor contracts
Regulation and control of construction sites and professional construction management

Your profile

Completed studies in civil engineering or project management or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the coordination, planning and realisation of construction projects or in a related field of activities
Relevant knowledge in the field of turnkey construction as well as all work phases and in contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
Willingness to travel, an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
Confident appearance and strong communication skills
Independent, economical and structured way of working
