Ihre Aufgaben

Immobilienwirtschaftliche Analyse und Prüfung von wohnungswirtschaftlichen und gewerblichen Immobilieninvestments im Rahmen von Objekt- und Projektfinanzierungen
Aktive Steuerung des gesamten Prüfungs- und Analyseprozesses (Datenraum, Q&A, etc.)
Beurteilung von Chancen und Risiken sowie Plausibilisierung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und Markt-, Standort und Objektanalysen
Plausibilisierung von Immobilienwertgutachten und Steuerung externer Wertgutachter
Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Anfertigen von Reporting-/Controlling-Berichten zu den lfd. Finanzierungen
Mitarbeit an der methodischen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und spezifischen Arbeitsmitteln

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Finance, der Immobilienwirtschaft/-ökonomie, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere auch im Bereich der Immobilienbewertung
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, Analysefähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte sowie teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

Your mission

Property economic analysis and auditing of residential and commercial property investments in the context of property and project financing
Active controlling of the entire audit and analysis process (data room, Q&A, etc.)
Assessing opportunities and risks and checking the plausibility of profitability analyses and market, location and property analyses
Plausibility checks of property valuations and management of external valuers
Creating audit reports and decision templates
Preparation of reporting/controlling reports on current financing transactions
Collaboration in the methodological development of processes and specific tools

Your profile

Completed university studies in the field of finance, property management/economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, especially in the field of property valuation
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills and results-orientation
Entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of decision-making and assertiveness
Confident and communicative manner
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of the MS Office software, especially MS Excel
Independent, structured and team-orientated personality
