Ihre Aufgaben

Steuerung von Debt Fondsprodukten im Sinne einer ganzheitlichen Performanceverantwortung und Kontrolle von wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Investmentstrategien
Sicherstellung und stetige Optimierung von zukunftsorientierten prozessbasierten Investitionsentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung der Debt Investitionsziele
Abstimmung der Anlageziele hinsichtlich Rendite, Risiko und Liquidität mit dem Global Head of Investment Management
Erarbeitung der Portfoliosicht im Rahmen von Anlage- und Investitionsentscheiden
Intensive Mitbetreuung komplexer Investitionen sowie Mitgestaltung wichtiger Vertragsunterlagen
Fortlaufende Steuerung des Portfolios sowie konstante Analyse und Überwachung von Risiko und Performance, u.a durch aktive Mitgestaltung des Transaktionsgeschehens sowie DD-Mitwirkung
Proaktives Risikomanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Risikovorgaben
Erstellung und regelmäßiges Reporting eines Berichtswesens sowie KPIs und internes/externes Stakeholdermanagement
Kommunikation zu institutionellen Investoren in Bezug auf die verantworteten Fondsprodukte

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts- oder Immobilienwirtschaftslehre, Finanzwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fondsstrukturen und der Regulatorik institutioneller Anleger von Vorteil
Transaktionserfahrung im Immobilien- oder Darlehensbereich
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
Verständnis und Analysekenntnisse des Underlyings (Immobilien und -projekte)
Tiefgreifendes Verständnis und Interpretationskenntnisse komplexer Vertragsstrukturen
Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten in Verbindung mit ausserordentlichen Koordinations- und Steuerungskompetenzen sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insb. MS Excel
Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Management of debt fund products in terms of holistic performance responsibility and control of economic and sustainable investment strategies
Ensuring and continuously optimizing future-oriented, process-based investment decisions, taking debt investment targets into account
Coordinating investment targets in terms of return, risk and liquidity with the Global Head of Investment Management
Development of the portfolio view in the context of investment decisions
Intensive co-supervision of complex investments and participation in the drafting of important contractual documents
Ongoing management of the portfolio as well as constant analysis and monitoring of risk and performance, including through active participation in the transaction process and DD involvement
Proactive risk management and ensuring compliance with risk requirements
Preparation and regular reporting of a reporting system as well as KPIs and internal/external stakeholder management
Communication with institutional investors in relation to the fund products for which you are responsible

Your profile

Degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, finance or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Profound knowledge of fund structures and the regulation of institutional investors is an advantage
Transaction experience in the real estate or lending sector
Strong affinity for numbers and outstanding analytical skills
Understanding and analytical knowledge of the underlying (real estate and projects)
Thorough understanding and interpretation of complex contract structures
Confident and communicative manner combined with exceptional coordination and management skills and a sense of responsibility
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular MS Excel
Goal-oriented and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
