ESG Analyst – Real Estate (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung unserer ESG-Richtlinien sowie Konzernstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Geschäftsbereichen und Funktionen
Weiterentwicklung der produktspezifischen und konzernweiten Nachhaltigkeitsberichte
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten zur Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten ESG Strategie, Richtlinien, KPIs und Ziele sowie zur Optimierung der internen Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte
Sicherstellung des korrekten Monitorings und der Umsetzung aktueller und zukünftiger regulatorischer Anforderungen in den Bereichen ESG und Nachhaltigkeit mit besonderem Fokus auf deutsche und luxemburgische Regulierung sowie der EU-Regulierung als Leitlinie
Erstellung von ESG-Analysen sowie kontinuierlicher Research
Durchführung von ESG IT-Implementierungsprojekten und Erarbeitung innovativer digitaler Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung
Eigenständige Erfassung von Gebäudedaten und Mitwirkung beim systematischen Ausbau des internen ESG Datenmanagements

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Transaktions-, Fonds- oder Investmentmanagement, vorzugsweise mit einem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
Ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität und hohen Analysefähigkeiten
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
Selbstständige, lösungs- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Assisting the implementation of our ESG guidelines and Group strategy in collaboration with the relevant business divisions and functions
Enhancing the product-specific and Group-wide sustainability reports
Collaborating closely with the operating units to further develop the Group-wide ESG strategy, guidelines, KPIs and targets and to optimize internal sustainability projects
Ensuring the correct monitoring and implementation of current and future regulatory requirements in the areas of ESG and sustainability with a particular focus on German and Luxembourg regulation as well as EU regulation as a guideline
Preparation of ESG analyses and continuous research
implementation of ESG IT projects and development of innovative digital solutions for process optimization
Independent recording of building data and participation in the systematic expansion of internal ESG data management

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on real estate management or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in transaction, fund or investment management, preferably with a focus on sustainability issues
Results-driven personality with a strong affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
Independent, solution- and team- oriented way of working
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
