Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Zusammenfassung finanzrelevanter Daten aus verschiedenen Abteilungen (i.e., Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, KPI, etc.)
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung code-basierter Reportings sowie BI-Dashboards mit quantitativem Fokus für verschiedene Stakeholder
Unterstützung bei der Pflege, Validierung und Dokumentation von Datenbanken, Datenpipelines sowie Software-Schnittstellen
Steigerung der Datenqualität mittels geeigneter Instrumente sowie Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Erhebungsmethoden und Visualisierung der Ergebnisse
Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts neuer Datenlösungen und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
Durchführung von Backtests an Rohdaten zur Analyse sowie Auswertung von Investment-, Fonds- und Unternehmensdaten
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Koordination von Datenzugriffs- oder Reporting-Anfragen und Vorbereitung von Präsentationsinhalten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem datengetriebenen Umfeld
Solide Kenntnisse in R, Python, SQL und Excel
Kenntnisse in quantitativer Finanzanalyse und Dateninterpretation im Investmentkontext
Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Analysefähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung und Lernbereitschaft
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise im Team

Your mission

Performing data analyses and summarizing financially relevant data from various departments (i.e., target/actual comparisons, KPIs, etc.)
Creating and further developing code-based reports and BI dashboards with a quantitative focus for various stakeholders
Supporting the maintenance, validation, and documentation of databases, data pipelines, and software interfaces
Improving data quality using appropriate tools, further developing existing collection methods, and visualizing the results
Automation and optimization of processes as well as support in rollouts of new data solutions and digitization initiatives
Performing backtests on raw data for analysis and evaluation of investment, fund, and company data
Support in administrative tasks such as coordinating data access or reporting requests and preparing presentation content

Your profile

Degree in data science, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
2 to 5 years of professional experience in a data-driven environment
Solid knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and Excel
Knowledge of quantitative financial analysis and data interpretation in an investment context
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, results-oriented approach, and willingness to learn
Confident written and spoken German, ideally good English skills
Independent, self-reliant approach to working in a team
