- Conducting in-depth potential and market analyses to evaluate and positions individual assets and portfolios
- Preparation of professional marketing documents such as investment memoranda, teasers, and decision templates to support transaction processes
- Structuring and managing processes across all transaction phases – from preparation to closing
- Organizing and implementing a targeted market approach by compiling investor lists, sending relevant documents (e.g., NDAs), and approaching investors and brokerage firms
- Obtaining market price estimates and purchase offers and preparing well-founded bid analyses as a basis for sales decisions
- Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of exclusivity agreements and draft purchase agreements as part of professional transaction processing
- Supporting the preparation of regular reports for management

Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, real estate management, or a comparable degree program
- Several years of experience in transaction business, ideally in the German real estate market, with a proven track record and demonstrable sales experience
- Profound specialist knowledge in the real estate sector, particularly with regard to building age classes, renovation conditions, building technology, and the fundamentals of real estate law, tenancy law, and notarization
- Strong market knowledge, particularly market prices, as well as fundamental valuation and financing expertise
- Extensive network within the industry, particularly with institutional investors and brokerage firms, with confidence in addressing the market
- Confident written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel extensively and strong communication skills, combined with a professional manner and confident presence and confident negotiating skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
