Ihre Aufgaben

Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Realisierung großvolumiger Immobilien- und Quartiersentwicklungen
Vollumfängliches Wahrnehmen der Bauherrenfunktion mit eigenverantwortlicher Leitung, Steuerung und Abwicklung der betreuten Bauvorhaben
Koordination und Führung aller involvierten Projektpartner
Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vergabe von Projektleistungen – insbesondere Architekten-, GU- und TU-Aufträgen
Professionelles Baumanagement (Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminüberwachung)
Eigenständige Kommunikation und Vertretung der Projektinteressen gegenüber Behörden, Firmen, Planern, Anrainern und weiteren Stakeholdern
Proaktives Entscheidungsmanagement, Controlling & Reporting sowie Überführung der Projekte in Vermarktung, Bestand und Nutzungsphase

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung/Leistungsausweis in der Koordination, Planung sowie Realisierung von Hochbauprojekten
Vertiefte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen über alle relevanten Leistungsphasen sowie im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht
Reisebereitschaft, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on-Mentalität“
Souveränes Auftreten und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
Selbständige, ökonomische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Your mission

Conceptualization, development, and implementation of large-scale real estate and neighborhood developments
Completely taking on the role of principal contractor with responsibility for the management, control, and execution of the construction projects under supervision
Coordination and management of all project partners involved
Procurement, negotiation, and contracting of project services—in particular, architectural, general contractor, and technical contractor contracts
Professional construction management (quality, cost, and schedule monitoring)
Independent communication and representation of project interests towards authorities, companies, planners, neighbors, and other stakeholders
Proactive decision management, controlling, and reporting, as well as transition of projects into marketing, maintenance, and utilization phases

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience/track record in the coordination, planning, and implementation of building construction projects
In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and legal framework conditions across all relevant service phases, as well as in contract and procurement law
Willingness to travel, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong hands-on mentality
Confident manner and strong communication skills
Independent, economical, and structured approach to work
