Ihre Aufgaben

Prüfung von Entwicklungspotenzialen und Optimierung von großvolumigen Bauvorhaben
Konzeptionierung und Realisierung von Immobilienprojekten und Quartiersentwicklungen
Verantwortung der Koordination, Optimierung, Steuerung und Durchführung der Bauvorhaben
Bauherrenvertretung gegenüber Firmen, Planern, Behörden und Nachbarn
Führung der Projektpartner und Auftragnehmer
Proaktives Entscheidungsmanagement zur Harmonisierung des Projektablaufs
Controlling und Reporting
Überführung der Projekte in die Nutzungsphase, Vermarktung und Bestand

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HOAI, AHO, VOB und VgV sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Project und MS Office
Erfahrung in bereits umgesetzten Quartiersentwicklungen von Vorteil
Sicheres, kommunikationsstarkes und verbindliches Auftreten
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
Eigenverantwortliche, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Begeisterungs- und Teamfähigkeit

Your mission

Examination of development potential and optimization of large-volume construction projects
Conceptualization and implementation of real estate projects and urban developments
Responsibility for the coordination, optimization, management, and implementation of construction projects
Representation of the client vis-à-vis companies, planners, authorities, and neighboring parties
Management of project partners and contractors
Proactive decision management to harmonize the project process
Controlling and reporting
Transfer of projects to the utilization phase, marketing, and inventory

Your profile

Degree in construction engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV, as well as good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
Experience in previously implemented neighborhood developments is an advantage
Confident, communicative, and engaging manner
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as organizational skills and resilience
Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
High level of enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
