Associate Human Resources / HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • First point of contact for our colleagues regarding their concerns and requests
  • Providing trusted support throughout onboarding and offboarding processes at (inter-)national level
  • Supporting and assisting our colleagues throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Providing proactive support across all HR administration processes
  • Independently handling contracts and certificates, preparing reports and references, and interacting with external partners
  • Preparing and finalising the (international) monthly payroll in collaboration with our local tax offices
  • Assisting with (international) recruitment management
  • User-focused development and intuitive use of our HR software Personio
  • Contributing to and implementing exciting (digitalisation) projects

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree, ideally with links to the field of human resources
  • First professional experience in a similar role or as a tax accountant desirable
  • Enthusiasm for personal development and an exciting range of responsibilities
  • A friendly manner, polite demeanour and a service-oriented approach
  • Fluency in German and a good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, idealistically, Personio
  • A conscientious and team-oriented personality, as well as strong organisational skills
