Your mission

Supporting project managers on ongoing construction projects
Organising and preparing meetings
Drafting and finalising minutes, presentations and templates for project meetings and appointments
Collaborating with external partners and service providers
Contributing to ongoing reporting and project monitoring
Independently coordinating and fulfilling office administration tasks
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Managing project documentation

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship in a commercial or real estate-related field, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the real estate sector
A strong interest in real estate, combined with an analytical and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
Very good knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written
An independent, conscientious and structured approach to work, as well as strong organisational skills
A positive, friendly and well-presented manner, as well as polite manners
