- Conceptualisation and implementation of property projects and neighbourhood developments
- Responsibility for the coordination, optimisation, management and execution of construction projects
- Representing the client in dealings with contractors, designers, public authorities and neighbours
- Managing project partners and contractors
- Proactive decision-making to ensure the smooth running of the project
- Controlling and reporting
- Transition of projects into the operational phase, marketing and portfolio management

Your profile
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV, as well as good proficiency in using MS Project and MS Office
- Experience in neighbourhood development projects that have already been implemented would be an advantage
- A confident, articulate and engaging manner
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- An independent, conscientious and structured approach to work
- A high level of enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to travel to support projects throughout Germany
