- Responsibility for the commercial and technical management of properties in compliance with legal requirements, particularly for residential properties in Berlin region
- Property management using the ix-Haus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
- Management, supervision and coordination of external service providers
- Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget preparation and budget monitoring
- Regular property inspections, with the implementation of necessary measures
- Supporting the expansion of property management services in the Berlin area
- Collaboration with the lettings department

Your profile
- Completed property-specific training or a degree
- Several years’ professional experience in the management of residential properties
- Knowledge of building services engineering and structural engineering issues would be an advantage
- Experience with ix-Haus would be desirable
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Good commercial acumen and experience in reporting and documentation
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
