- Independently preparing and carefully checking utility and heating cost statements
- Analysing and carrying out plausibility checks on apportionable costs to ensure transparent and legally compliant statements
- Professional and service-oriented communication with tenants, owners, property management companies and external service providers
- Resolving queries and disputes regarding statements in a solution-oriented and friendly manner
- Responsibility for maintaining, updating and checking all master data relevant to billing
- Active involvement in the preparation of annual accounts and the production of internal reports to support business decisions

Your mission
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a property management assistant, office administrator or equivalent
- Several years’ professional experience in service charge accounting
- Good knowledge of tenancy and service charge law (BetrKV) would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with the iX-Haus accounting software would be an advantage
- A meticulous, structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
