- Acting independently in the role of client as project manager
- Providing entrepreneurial, independent and comprehensive support for the construction projects under your supervision
- Taking charge of project management for complex new-build projects in residential and commercial construction across all project phases
- Organisation, management and execution of projects, taking into account technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Independent representation of the project’s interests in dealings with public authorities and government bodies
- Tendering, negotiation and awarding of project contracts, with a focus on main contractor contracts
- Supervision and control of construction sites, as well as professional construction management

Your mission
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or project management, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years’ professional experience in the coordination, planning and implementation of construction projects, or in a related field
- Relevant knowledge of turnkey construction, all project phases, and contract and public procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
- Willingness to travel, an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
- Confident manner and strong communication skills
- An independent, cost-effective and structured approach to work
- Proficiency in German (at least C1 level)
